We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at support@souwas.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
